RTR 3000 DATEC or RTH MyDATEC
Hello, I have had the RTR 3000 DATEC or RTH MyDATEC since March 2002, which replaced a device with the same function from a defunct brand, which had become obsolete. This RTR 3000 DATEC gave me complete satisfaction in terms of both heat input and cooling.
Unfortunately, last summer, it broke down and I was unable, despite numerous and varied calls, to get the installer to come and fix it. I called the MyDATEC team for help, and they were very helpful in determining the problem: the exhaust fan was no longer working. They quickly sent me the replacement part, and thanks to their advice, I was able to get my unit up and running again, and it is now working properly.
I am therefore pleased to be able to testify both to the quality of the product and to the valuable assistance that can be obtained, if necessary, from GAC MyDATEC.
