You have installed a new MyDATEC mechanical ventilation equipment type RT 300 H, replacing the old one: replacement RTR 3000 DATEC.
No comparison!!! Although the old equipment is still satisfactory, the new installation is much more efficient. The air expelled in the house is much warmer, the equipment much less noisy.
Your installer was so discreet, and left the house in such a clean state, that I had to go and see for myself if the equipment was in place, as I thought for a moment that the work could not be done (I was away that day).
Your kindness and your advice are very persuasive when one inquires with you during a telephone conversation, but I must admit that in return you I was not disappointed, and that you assure “serious” as they say.
I hope that after this little message of recognition all those who still doubt your effectiveness and the products you distribute, will be convinced that they will make a good choice by addressing you.
