The Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE)

The Energy Performance Diagnosis (DPE) has become mandatory when building a new home or selling a house. Calculated on the basis of the performance of your house (calculation software), it allows you to evaluate your home on a grid from A to F. On the other hand, since November 1, 2007, minimum performances are required in case of insulation, heating and even ventilation works. MyDATEC’s thermodynamic double flow ventilation system
