Calcul\u00e9 sur la base des performances de votre maison (logiciel de calcul) il vous permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer votre habitation sur une grille de A \u00e0 F. D\u2019autre part, depuis le 1er novembre 2007, des performances minimales sont exig\u00e9es en cas de travaux d\u2019isolation, de chauffage et m\u00eame de ventilation.
