style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>Le freecooling, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 rafra\u00eechissement naturel, est une m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e pour refroidir des espaces de mani\u00e8re plus efficace et \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie. Il exploite les conditions ext\u00e9rieures, en particulier lorsqu&rsquo;il fait plus frais dehors que la temp\u00e9rature souhait\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. C&rsquo;est un concept utilis\u00e9 couramment dans les VMC (Ventilation M\u00e9canique Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e) double flux.<\/p>\n<p>Une VMC double flux avec freecooling fonctionne de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Le principe de la VMC double flux<\/strong> : la VMC double flux a deux circuits d&rsquo;air, l&rsquo;un pour l&rsquo;air entrant et l&rsquo;autre pour l&rsquo;air sortant. Avant que l&rsquo;air sortant ne soit \u00e9vacu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, il passe \u00e0 travers un \u00e9changeur de chaleur o\u00f9 il c\u00e8de une partie de sa chaleur (en hiver) ou de sa fra\u00eecheur (en \u00e9t\u00e9) \u00e0 l&rsquo;air entrant. Cela permet de pr\u00e9chauffer ou de pr\u00e9refroidir l&rsquo;air entrant et donc de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour chauffer ou refroidir la maison.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le freecooling<\/strong> : Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure est suffisamment fra\u00eeche, la VMC peut utiliser cet air frais pour refroidir l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent sans avoir besoin de climatisation. Cette fonction est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement automatis\u00e9e et activ\u00e9e lorsque la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure descend en dessous d&rsquo;un certain seuil.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le bypass<\/strong> : Pour permettre au syst\u00e8me de freecooling de fonctionner, la VMC double flux dispose d&rsquo;un m\u00e9canisme appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0bypass\u00a0\u00bb. Lorsque le freecooling est activ\u00e9, le bypass ouvre un passage qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;air entrant d&rsquo;\u00e9viter l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur de chaleur, pour ne pas se r\u00e9chauffer au contact de l&rsquo;air sortant. Ainsi, l&rsquo;air frais ext\u00e9rieur est introduit directement dans la maison.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En somme, le freecooling est une m\u00e9thode de refroidissement tr\u00e8s efficace qui utilise les conditions climatiques existantes pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. C&rsquo;est une technique \u00e9cologique qui permet de faire des \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie significatives, tout en gardant un confort thermique \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du
