This device worked well until 2005, regularly maintained by a specialized company. But in 2005, nothing more to do, the technician had replaced an engine about ten years ago, and the gas refill was no longer possible, the circuit moreover was unreliable.<\/p>\n<p>I had to find a replacement unit, de Dietrich did not manufacture these heat pumps anymore, I searched everywhere without result and on the Internet I found &#8220;MyDATEC&#8221;. Their website was nice, and a phone call to the MyDATEC sales representative convinced me.<\/p>\n<p>I ordered a new MyDATEC pump through my installer and it was delivered without any problems. The installation as a &#8220;replacement&#8221; did not present any difficulties, as the ducts were installed. The reconnections to the board, the installation of the new thermostat, the adjustments, the verifications took one day (in March 2005) and I can now express my total satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>It is a much more efficient device than the DE DIETRICH (in 30 years, we evolve&#8230;). Moreover, the manufacturer is very serious and the MyDATEC salesman, not only very friendly but also very competent. Within a few days I had a custom switch delivered to my home free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>I can only recommend this heat pump: energy savings, comfort, always renewed air, no condensation, in short, a
