They\nofficialize the reform of the ECD on which Uniclima has worked between\n2019 and 2021:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/lism.mj.am\/lnk\/CAAAAaag9tkAAAAAAAAAALCEcPsAAP-zF6sAAAAAAAJWCABgdwiTwxa4ZVSSR5GsGUun-okMvwACPUk\/1\/G_CSwg_8CGKcq2hytOFK6A\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cudW5pY2xpbWEuZnIvdXNlcmZpbGVzL0RvYy9EUEUvMjAyMV8wM18zMV9hcnJldGVfcmVsYXRpZl9hdV9EUEUucGRm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Order of March 31, 2021 concerning the diagnosis of\n  energy performance for buildings or parts of buildings used for\n  in metropolitan France<\/a><br\/>\n      <\/li><li> <a href=\"http:\/\/lism.mj.am\/lnk\/CAAAAaag9tkAAAAAAAAAALCEcPsAAP-zF6sAAAAAAAJWCABgdwiTwxa4ZVSSR5GsGUun-okMvwACPUk\/2\/3lzfRR8yfixy3GFmExXbVQ\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cudW5pY2xpbWEuZnIvdXNlcmZpbGVzL0RvYy9EUEUvMjAyMV8wM18zMV9hcnJldGVfcmVsYXRpZl9hdXhfbWUucGRm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Order of March 31, 2021 on methods and procedures\n  applicable to energy performance diagnostics and software\n  establishing it<\/a><br\/>\n      <\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/lism.mj.am\/lnk\/CAAAAaag9tkAAAAAAAAAALCEcPsAAP-zF6sAAAAAAAJWCABgdwiTwxa4ZVSSR5GsGUun-okMvwACPUk\/3\/V0uUGa398taKmSANJAwGDQ\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cudW5pY2xpbWEuZnIvdXNlcmZpbGVzL0RvYy9EUEUvMjAyMV8wM18zMV9hcnJldGVfbW9kaWZpYW50X2RpdmUucGRm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Order of March 31, 2021 amending various provisions\n  on energy performance diagnosis<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>\nFor the record, you will also find in download below the 2\namending decrees published in December 2020 :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/lism.mj.am\/lnk\/CAAAAaag9tkAAAAAAAAAALCEcPsAAP-zF6sAAAAAAAJWCABgdwiTwxa4ZVSSR5GsGUun-okMvwACPUk\/4\/8OOli9AaFj3xPnpRoevVPA\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cudW5pY2xpbWEuZnIvdXNlcmZpbGVzL0RvYy9EUEUvMjAyMF8xMl8xN19kZWNyZXRfcmVsYXRpZl9hdV9EUEUucGRm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Decree no. 2020-1609 of December 17, 2020 on the\n  energy performance diagnosis and the display of information\n  energy consumption of housing in advertisements and\n  real estate leases<\/a><br\/>\n      <\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/lism.mj.am\/lnk\/CAAAAaag9tkAAAAAAAAAALCEcPsAAP-zF6sAAAAAAAJWCABgdwiTwxa4ZVSSR5GsGUun-okMvwACPUk\/5\/yObsMs3Z1p8Ctu7hYFe3mQ\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cudW5pY2xpbWEuZnIvdXNlcmZpbGVzL0RvYy9EUEUvMjAyMF8xMl8xN19kZWNyZXRfcmVsYXRpZl9hX2xhX2QucGRm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Decree no. 2020-1610 of December 17, 2020 on the duration of the\n  of validity of energy performance diagnostics<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>These\nnew texts come into effect on July 1, 2021.<\/strong> For\nReminder: the ECD must be carried out in all dwellings when they are put into service.\nsale or rental, except those intended to be occupied less than 4 months per year.\n<strong>The validity of the\nenergy performance diagnosis is set at ten years.<\/strong>\nWhen energy performance diagnoses have been made between\nJanuary 1, 2013 and July 1, 2021, their period of validity is fixed in\nthe following limits:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The\n  diagnoses made between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2017 are\n  valid until December 31, 2022;<\/li><li>The\n  diagnoses made between January 1, 2018 and June 30, 2021 are\n  valid until December 31, 2024.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The\nThe main developments are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Setting\n  update of the 3CL-DPE method used for the ECDs on dwellings\n  existing individual or collective<\/li><li>Setting\n  updated energy and GHG emission labels\n  with the introduction of new energy conversion factors<\/li><li>Introduction\n  a mention on the energy label that the housing classified in G\n  are &#8220;extremely poorly performing<\/li><li>New\n  ECD model with in particular :<br\/>\n  &#8211; Creation of an envelope insulation indicator<br\/>\n  &#8211; Creation of a thermal comfort indicator in summer based on\n  on the passive solutions with, if the housing is equipped with a\n  air-conditioning system, a mention to warn about overconsumption\n  induced energy<br\/>\n  &#8211; Mention of the ventilation system in place<br\/>\n  &#8211; Mention of renewable energy production equipment<br\/>\n  &#8211; Introduction of the pilot in the equipment list<br\/>\n  &#8211; Information on virtuous behavior to limit expenses\n  energy<br\/>\n  &#8211; Recommendations for the management, maintenance and improvement of\n  equipment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Thanks to UNICLIMA for this valuable information!  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3 new orders relating to the DPE (Diagnostic de Performance Energy) of buildings have been published in the Official Journal of April 13, 2021.
